Crisp- clean classic and bone-dry Provence rosé from an ancient producer (established in the 13th century!). Now certified organic farming from relatively high-elevation sites that are protected from the Mediterranean humidity by a rolling hills surrounding the vineyards. This blend includes Cinsault Grenache Syrah Mourvèdre and Vermentino.
