Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Counoise from the Windmill Vineyard, and Grenache and Barbera from the Muller Vineyard, two adjacent vineyards that are located in the Dunnigan Hills. Unlike many producers who relegate their lower quality fruit, or simply pick some of their vines designated for more “serious” reds, early, the fruit for the Matthiasson rosé is tended specifically to make rosé. This is one of our lightest, most delicate rosés, but it certainly does not lack complexity!
