Field Recordings was created by winemaker Andrew Jones whose day job is as a vine nursery fieldman working with small farmers across the Central Coast. Because the great relationships he has developed he gets to work with some of the best fruit in the region!

‘Skins’ is big ‘ol blend of 34% Chenin Blanc 18% Pinot Gris, 12% Colombard, 9% Xarel-Lo, 8% Verdelho, 6% Vermentino, 3% Trousseau Gris, 3% Semillon, 3% Gewurztraminer, 2% Riesling, and 2% Malvasia Bianca left to ferment on the skins for 2-4 months giving it a beautiful coppery-orange color and gentle velvety tannins.
