The Ficomontanino estate is positioned on the South-East outskirts of Tuscany in a town called Chiusi. Established in 1960- It is currently in the hands Maria Sole who took over for her grandfather in 2016. She has transitioned the vineyard to a more regenerative approach avoiding sprays of any kind as much as possible allowing vegetation to grow freely. This rosato is 100% Sangiovese and drinks more like a very light red than a rosé with a distinctly savory undertone of tomato leaf fresh herbs and wild cherry.
