When life gave Brianne Day ‘lemons’ (aka wildfires that threatened to take out and/or smoke taint all of her Pinot Noir) she quickly pivoted to making ‘lemonde’; a fresh, easy-going rosé of early-picked Pinot Noir. Since it was so widely well-received she continues to use a portion of her Pinot to make this fun rosé every year!
