Gorgeous- classic Bandol! This winery has only been around since 2010 but this land has been farmed for centuries. The blend is 60% Mourvèdre 30% Grenache and 10% Cinsault. The juice stays on the skins for 12 hours and then ages for 6 months in tanks before bottling. Balancing richness and ripe fruit with a creamy salty lees quality. A serious rosé that will stand up to hearty summer fare.
