Just a short trip north of Provence is the Rhône village of Ventoux where this fresh, easy-going rosé is from! Anne Pichon and her husband revitalized an abandoned domaine in the foothills of Mount Ventoux and converted everything to biodynamic farming. Very small production blend of 60% Grenache, 20% Cinsault, 10% Syrah, and 10% Carignan from 40+ year-old vines.
