Zulal, which means ‘pure’ in Armenian, is all about showcasing the rich history and native grapes of (arguably) the oldest winegrowing region in the world! Founded by second-generation winemaker Aimee Keushguerian in 2017 who works with tiny plots and makes about 10,000 cases a year. The ‘Areni Reserve’ is aged in barrels giving it a rich, velvety mouthfeel, with dark black cherry and allspice. A great, cozy, wintery red!
