The ‘Old Vines’ is an amalgum of fruit from their oldest plots from 20+ vineyards across California. The blend for this year is 95% Zinfandel, 5% Mataro, Alicante Bouschet, Petite Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault. The wine spends 2 months in barrel, 80% French oak, 20% American (overall only 10% new oak) before bottling unfined and unfiltered.
