Named after its complete assortment of varieties this wine is meant to be a full-bodied soul-satisfying Côtes du Rhône-style blend. The fruit is all from estate vineyards utilizing the younger vines that aren’t ready for the higher-end bottlings. Fermented naturally and then aged in steel tanks and neutral barrels. –
