Joe Swick has been making natural wine since before it was “cool,” that’s just how he rolls. He works exclusively with organic vineyards and prefers the cool climates of the Pacific Northwest making unconventional blends from plots on both sides of the Washington-Oregon borders, in many cases utilizing lesser know varieties. In the cellar he is as hands off as you can get, occasionally using a very modest dose of SO2 if its necessary. This fun, chillable red is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 20% Syrah, 15% Grenache Noir, 15% Mourvèdre.
