‘La Cuadrilla’ is an amazing project at the Stolpman Estate where the owners have donated a ‘quadrant’ to their vineyard workers who each year continue to make better and better versions of this killer red blend of 60% Syrah / 30% Grenache / 5% Mourvèdre / 5% Sangiovese. The proceeds of this wine are split amongst the vineyard crew based on seniority. Every year the ‘Cuadra’ is a different so the blend will change each year. Juicy, flavorful and well balanced, this is an easy pairing for a wide range of dishes.
