High-quality Napa Cabernet at a great price is harder and harder to find! This comes from all estate fruit in Rutherford- certified organically farmed and sustainable winery with Sarah Fowler as the winemaker. Mostly Cabernet Sauvignon with small amounts of Merlot Cabernet France Petit Verdot and Malbec. Ripe but not overpowering purple plum violet black cherry with a touch of vanilla on the finish. Firm but not chewy tannins that will soften with air/cellaring. A really nicely balanced Cabernet.
