The ‘Parts & Labor’ is a blend of Grenache, Carignane, and Syrah fermented separately, kept in steel and neutral barrels before blending. Meant to be a perfect bistro wine, this is a super versatile pairing, so it works well with a variety of vegetables and sauces, or lighter proteins.
