Made by Kenny Likitprakong, Thai-American winemaker, who has created a wide range of soulful wines from organic vineyards across CA. The ‘White Light’ is a blend of Verdelho, Tocai Friulano, Vermentino, Albarino, and Sauvignon Blanc fermented and rested in stainless steel tanks and bottled with minimum sulfur (and a touch a of CO2 to keep it stable). The result is a super refreshing, clean, expressive white wine that will make a great aperitif, or pairing with crunchy salads, white fish, and lighter chicken dishes.
