Cameron Wines was founded in 1984 by the delightfully kooky John Paul who has- from the get-go been committed to keeping production small in order to maintain meticulous standards for his farming and in the cellar. Cameron is more of a farm than just a vineyard; home to chickens geese bees cats and an abundance of local flora. For the Dundee Hills cuvée they blend fruit from the Abbey Ridge and La Colina vineyards the wine is aged for ~2 years in a variety of French oak barrels from neutral to new. Built for the long haul these wines age beautifully if you can have the patience to wait to open them!
