From highly acclaimed winemaker Samantha Sheehan- this is all organically farmed Cabernet Sauvignon from the Red Hills AVA with a touch of Cabernet Franc from Coombsville in Napa that ferments naturally and is made without any additives aside from a small dose of SO2 for preservation. The wine ages for 18 months in neutral oak barrels. Velvety fruit-driven and balanced. It has notes of plums blueberry compote fresh violet petals and currant with hints of blackberry and black pepper. Delicious with pizza pasta bolognese spare ribs a cheese plate or dark chocolate cake this Cab is perfect for any occasion.
