Brick House is run by a lovely couple in the Ribbon Ridge AVA of Oregon practicing regenerative farming to not just avoid harming the soil/environment- but actively rebuild it. They use no additives except a small amount of sulfur to stabilize. For the ‘Select’ they blend barrels from several plots on the vineyard and use 20% whole clusters in the fermentation. Aged for 15 months in neutral French Oak. Dark brooding color strawberry and crushed cranberry notes all with alcohol under 12.5%. – –
