Started by two childhood friends, Duncan Arnot Meyers and Nathan Lee Roberts who grew up in Napa Valley watching it blossom in the famous region it is today. Today they work with a handful of vineyards across Northern California (check out their website to see beautiful photos and descriptions of each site!). This wine is 100% Syrah blended mostly from the Rancho Arroyo Grande vineyard in the San Luis Obispo Coast appellation, with the rest from Sonoma Coast: Baker Lane, Solas Vineyard and Clary Ranch. Fruit is entirely whole cluster, aged in a combination of neutral oak barrels, foudres, and concrete tanks. Delicate, earthy, ethereal. Decant this for an hour or more to unlock all of its aromas and drink with grilled lamb chops or portobellos.
