Satisfying, earthy Pinot Noir from the Morington Peninsula, the Southern tip of Australia where the climate is cooler, made with all organically farmed, estate fruit. Moorooduc is a tiny, family run winery focusing solely on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, making less than 5,000 cases a year. The ‘Estate Pinot Noir’, which ages in French oak for 17 months (with 25% new barrels), shows just a touch of smoky, meatiness on the nose, dried rosemary, juicy red and black cherry, raspberry.
