The Padelletti family has been working the land in Montalcino since 1571, 27 generations! This is as traditional Brunello as it gets; they have continued to use large, 30hl Slavonian or French oak botti for all of their production, maceration for Brunellos is 20-30 and the wine is aged for 3 years in barrel before 6-12 months in bottle.
