Light in body- but not at all in flavor! This is a beautifully aromatic blend of Nero d’Avola Frappato and a touch of Zibbibo from the organic Lamoresca estate south of Mount Etna very close to the coast. This tiny property grows both grape vines and olive trees and we are lucky enough to get a bit of both their wine and olive oil. Though this is called a ‘rosato’ it very much drinks like a light savory red wine that will be best served with a chill.
