Teodosio began his wine career as a sommelier and restauranteur before deciding to take his passion into the cellar. He works with the best vineyards in Puglia and for this cuvée, utilizes an ancient variety indigenous to the area, Susumaniello. Unique and aromatic on the nose, fresh purple plums, black cherry, an array of spices and herbs. Nice concentration of fruit with present but well integrated tannins.
