Obscure grape variety of Emilia-Romagna, and the flagship wine for Fattoria Paradiso, ‘Barbarossa’ is incredibly expressive and a lot of fun to drink. Bright, juicy red fruits, savory herbs and mineral on the nose jumping out of the glass. Light enough to drink chilled, but still plenty of concentration.
