Based in the southern region of Champagne, the Cotes des Bars, Barbichon is now in led by the 4th generation in the family. This generation has converted everything to organic and then biodynamic farming to be able to leave a legacy for the next generation. The Coteaux Champenois is elegant and precise but does not lack stuffing; juicy raspeberry, cranberry, red beets, and purslane. Gorgeous now but will age for several years.
