One of my top 10 favorite finds of 2022! This is deep- concentrated silky red-fruited Mondeuse grown biodynamically by Louis Magnin in the village of Arbin. What’s more is he has eschewed chaptalization (common in this region) and still manages to capture this sometimes rustic grape in a fully ripe utterly delicious state. Drink slightly chilled!
