100% Counoise from 70 year old vines! This grape that makes up one of 13 in Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a real stunner on its own. Shows great depth and concentration but with fresh acidity to balance it- this would be a great pairing for salmon duck anything you might drink a nice Burgundy with!
