Domaine Chancelle is currently in the hands of Thierry and Lydie Chancelle who both come from a long line of winegrowers. This cuvée here comes from their oldest vines which gives the wine more depth and expressiveness. Notes of dark, concentrated red and purple fruits, roasted shishito peppers and herbs make this a great pairing for roasted meats or veggies, steak au poivre, or portobello mushrooms.
