Clos du Tue-Boeuf is based in the village of Les Montils in the Loire valley- and they have been making wine the same way since the 15th century! This cuvée comes from their original clos (walled-in vineyard) and is made of mostly Pinot Noir with a small percentage of Gamay. This wine walks a tightrope between classic elegance and wildness. Vibrant juicy cherry and wild raspberry fruit backed by fresh spices and earthy soft moss.
