The Rougeot estate is based in Meursault with vines planted in the 1950s and 80s- giving their wines incredible concentration. This blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay is not actually a piquette but the name speaks to its bright crunchy red-fruited quality. Notes of cranberry raspberry leaf thyme and touch of stony minerality on the finish a delight to drink!
