Mee Godard is a one woman show that prunes- farms and runs a precise cellar. The Corcelette vineyard is on south-east-facing granite slopes from two vineyards called Bellevue and Montillet. The vines are roughly 70 years old! In the cellar she uses a large percentage of whole bunches and ferments in concrete tanks before aging in neutral barrels of various sizes.
