Tiny production of completely natural, and deliciously clean, biodynamically farmed Bordeaux from Pascale Choime and Laurence Alias positioned just outside of Margaux. 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc aged in neutral oak with nothing added and nothing taken away. Notes of juicy blackberry, graphite, and dried herbs. Somehow at 12% ABV this does not feel thin at all, just fresh with nicely concentrated fruit.
