This estate was classified as one of eighteen Cinquièmes Crus (Fifth Growths) in the Bordeaux Wine Official Classification of 1855. The 300 acre estate is located in the northern end of the Pauillac commune, across the road from first growth Château Mouton Rothschild. A cellar worthy wine with decades ahead of it.
