Highly regarded- and now fully biodynamic estate the Chateau La Gurgue continues to make beautiful balanced wine year after year. The 2016 blend consisted of 52% Cabernet Sauvignon 45% Merlot and 3 % Petit Verdot. The wine ages for one year in barrel (25% new oak). Decant this bottle to allow the tannins to soften and the aroma to open up fully or cellar this for 5-10 years.
