From the famed Baudry estate, the Clos Guillot comes from a section planted on yellow limestone and clay soil. The wine spends one year in neutral barrels and another year in cement tanks. Aromatic and perfumed on the nose, with notes juicy, red beets, black cherry, pleasant salinity and elegant tannins. This plot always shows a good amount of power, but is balanced by lovely freshness.
