Claus Preisinger is known as a bit of a free spirit in the Austrian wine community. When he began in 2002 he converted all of his land to biodynamic farming and decided to work as naturally as possible in the cellar. His location on the North shore of Lake Neusiedl means the climate is slightly warmer and his red grapes do very well.
