Les Parcelles is a precise expression of Bouzy terroir- combining a rich ripeness with chalky finesse. Harvested primarily in 2017 this cuvée is composed of 70% pinot noir and 30 % chardonnay and has spent 4 years on lees before disgorgement. Dosage: 1.8 gr/l. – Cherry cherry blossom cherry/cheese danish delicate bubbles with a nice weight. Delicious!
