8th generation family-run Champagne estate based in the Grand Cru village of Bouzy. For this very special single vineyard- vintage bottle the fruit comes from Les Maillerettes with 50+ year old Pinot Noir vines. The base wines ages in oak before bottling under cork which gives the wine a lovely softness around the edges. Delicate and creamy on the palate with fresh white cherries nestled in danish. Barely any dosage because the fruit is perfectly ripe.
