55% Pinot Noir- 10 Pinot Meunier & 35% Chardonnay. Aged in neutral oak for 6 months then disgorged with no dosage and aged for a further 18 months. Though this is not declared as a vintage wine it is always made from a single harvest. Lean elegant mineral driven and bone-dry this wine will age forever!
