Based in the southern region of Champagne- the Cotes des Bars Barbichon is now in led by the 4th generation in the family. This generation has converted everything to organic and then biodynamic farming to be able to leave a legacy for the next generation. The Brut Blanc de Noirs is 100% Pinot Noir fermented in stainless steel then aged in a combination of steel and oak vats for 8 months followed by 3 years on the in bottles.
