Champagne Pertois-Moriset is an independent, family owned and operated grower-producer, situated in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. The ‘Special Club’, a consortium of grower-producers, decides each year from a blind tasting, which are the top cuvée presented from its members which will represent the best of the best to compete with the likes of Cristal and Dom Perignon. This expression from Pertois-Moriset is 100% Chardonnay which ages on the lees for 7 years before disgorging and bottling. Still bursting with freshness with tiny delicate bubbles and a long creamy finish.
