Grower-producer in the Grand Cru of Verzy who is deeply committed to the environment. He works by interplanting trees between the vines for biodiversity and farming biodynamically. The ‘Atavique’ is 65% Pinot Noir- 35% Chardonnay with 55% from the 2019 harvest and 45% a blend of barrels from 2017-2018 . The wines are aged in a 80% French Oak with 20% Stainless steel.
