Sophia Milesi is now the 5th generation winemaker for the Guy Mea estate carrying on the tradition started in 1922. Their vineyards are now certified organic and are spread out over 2 Grand Crus and 4 Premier Crus of Champagne. The ‘Assemblage’ is a blend of 70% Pinot Noir 30% Chardonnay with a significant portion of reserve and solera wine being used giving is richness and depth despite there being only 4 g/l of dosage.
