Cecile Grongnet is the 5th generation of the Grongnet family at the helm of this historic Grower-Producer estate. The domaine is based in the village of Étoges in the Côte des Blancs with just 18 hectares of vines, predominately Chardonnay. They are actually one of the founding members of the Special Club, which comprises a rigorous tasting panel to determine the top vintage-dated cuvées amongst its exclusively grower-producer members. The wine is a perfect balance of rich, creaminess, and delicate bubbles; a real treat at such a good price point!
