Delphine Boulard is now at the helm of this beautiful, and tiny, domaine in the Vallée de la Marne. Her family converted everything to organic farming with biodynamic treatments back in 1996 when they realized how harmful all of the chemicals used in this area are. After experimenting with one plot and seeing the improvement in the wine they converted everything else. The ‘Murtet’ from Petit Montagne is 60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay bottled with no dosage.
