The base wines are fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks- followed by full malolactic fermentation and aged for approximately 4 years. 100% Grand Cru estate-bottled Pinot Noir: 33% from 2010 33% from 2011 and 33% from a 10 year solera. Super creamy rich with a pleasantly floral finish.
