Eliecer Arroyo and Carla Torres started making wine in the coveted Valle de Guadalupe in 2016. Though they don’t yet own their own vineyards, they are commited to only working with organically farmed vineyards in the area, and using low to no additives in the cellar, like this fun, aromatic ‘pet-nat’ (sparkling wine made with only one fermentation finished in the bottle) made with 100% Moscatel and nothing added or taken away.
