Rosé of Garnacha from two 70-year-old vineyards planted at 900 meters. Grapes were destemmed and pressed directly- fermented with native yeasts aged for 6 months in used french barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. This rosé has everything I’m looking for refreshment of course but also a richness a creaminess to the texture that gives it weight and intrigue and a little minerality on the finish.
