Winemaker Mireia Pujol-Busquets is paving the way for a brilliant future for Catalunya with her winery that is consistently experimenting with new hybrid varieties and farming techniques to prepare for a climate that is changing rapidly. In the meantime- she and her family also make two lines of beautiful sparkling wines using the indigenous varieties of the area.
