Winemaker Mireia Pujol-Busquets is paving the way for a brilliant future for Catalunya with her winery that is consistently experimenting with new hybrid varieties and farming techniques to prepare for a climate that is changing rapidly. In the meantime, she and her family also make two lines of beautiful sparkling wines using the indigenous varieties of the area. Their winery is located just outside of Barcelona overlooking the Mediterranean, everything is farmed beyond organically, and for this Pet-Nat, nothing is added or taken away in the cellar.
